Next to one of the busiest intersections in the 5th district, 1 minute away from the market in Hold utca, is the Bajcsy office building, which is bordered by Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út and Vadász utca.
The complete renovation of the office building was carried out under the guidance of our experts, including the planning and the implementation of fit-out works.
During the project, we renovated more than 11,000 m2 of gross office space.
The interior architecture planning and the execution of fit-out works covered the entire building services engineering and several essential low-current sub-areas.
One of our most paramount professional tasks was the renovation of the unique inlaid parquet floor in some areas of the building as well as the original wooden cladding.
In the building of the Hungarian Regulatory Authority for Energy and Public Utility, we not only built a shielded room, a so-called Faraday cage, but also two more serious server centers that guarantee a high level of security (and we also solved the cooling of the room and did all the technical background work ).
Under our guidance, a kitchen with a capacity of 300 portions was designed and built and the office building was handed over with individual furniture (custom-made lamps, designer carpets, etc.).
