The main hall has retained several innovations that have served the comfort of passengers, while preserving its historic character:
- A stairway to the underpass was built in the middle of the main hall.
- The sales pavilions were dismantled and benches, showcases for passenger information and ticket vending machines were installed to ensure passenger comfort.
- The color of the ceiling has changed and ceiling candelabras have been placed that hang in the hall with decorative cables.
- The pavement of the main hall was also renewed
