As part of the so-called Marina Part project, we carried out the execution and fit-out construction of the apartment house with 48 apartments from the structural work at a high level.
The order included, among other things:
- repair of the reinforced concrete structure
- insulation, plastering, construction of the roof structure
- construction of façade and demising walls
- building services engineering
- installation of exterior and interior doors and windows
- building of the backbone network and the main distributors
- construction of high and low current networks, air conditioning solution
- individual fit-out construction of each apartment
