We are proud that the renovation of the Zsigmond Széchenyi Hungarian Hunting Museum of the Carpathian Basin, which was carried out in Grassalkovich Castle in Hatvan and whose main contractor was EBH INVEST, was honored at the “Construction Industry Award 2015” in the category “Restoration, Refurbishment”.
Under the guidance of our experts the wooden, stone, metal and painting surfaces of the castle were renovated.
The Grassalkovich Castle in Hatvan was also awarded an ICOMOS Prize in 2015 for the “Recognition of the Restoration and Reutilization of The Castle Complex and the Garden in an Excellent and Exemplary Way”. The International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) is a professional association that works for the conservation and protection of cultural heritage places around the world. Now headquartered in Paris, ICOMOS advises UNESCO on issues relating to the preservation of monuments, in particular the world cultural heritage.
